Student Employee Update Request

The purpose of the Student Employee Update form is to submit an update request (ex: appointment extension, payrate change) for a current student employee in your unit. Submission of the request will create an RT ticket sent to the EOHR team. Please include any documents you may have related to the request. Additional information or approval may be requested/required based on the request. Please fill out the form to the best of your knowledge.
