About the Executive Office Shared Environment (EOSE)
The Executive Office Shared Environment (EOSE) team provides centralized administrative support across the Executive Office. EOSE works in partnership with Executive Office units to deliver strategic and operational guidance that helps advance the university’s mission.
EOSE manages a range of core functions, including:
- Strategic resource planning and organizational support.
- Business operations and process improvement.
- Advises on financial, human resources, and University policies and procedures.
- Serves as liaison with institutional partners such as UW Finance, UW Human Resources, and the Office of Planning & Budgeting.
EOSE works closely with unit leaders and administrative staff to ensure alignment with University standards while supporting the Executive Office’s unique operational needs.
